Welcome to TCam (hereinafter referred to as "the App"). Before using the App, please read these Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") carefully. By using the App, you agree to be bound by all terms of this agreement.

1. Service Description

1.1 App Features

TCam is a Tesla dashcam video viewing and editing tool that provides the following features:

• Read and play Tesla dashcam videos
• Multi-camera view switching and grid display
• Video export and editing
• Add watermarks such as timestamps and GPS locations
• View vehicle data (speed, steering wheel angle, etc.)

1.2 Subscription Services

The App offers the following subscription options:

• Monthly Subscription: Auto-renews monthly
• Yearly Subscription: Auto-renews yearly
• Lifetime Purchase: One-time payment, permanent use

2. User Responsibilities

2.1 Lawful Use

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not use the App to process illegal or infringing content
• Comply with local laws and regulations regarding video recording and use
• Respect others' privacy and not distribute others' images without authorization

2.2 Device Requirements

Using the App requires:

• iOS 17.0 or later
• Sufficient storage space for video processing
• OTG adapter (for connecting USB drives)

3. Subscription Terms

3.1 Payment

• Subscription fees will be charged to your Apple ID account
• Subscriptions will auto-renew 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period
• Renewal fees will be charged within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period

3.2 Cancellation

• You can cancel your subscription at any time in iOS Settings
• Cancellation will take effect after the current subscription period ends
• No refunds will be provided for the current subscription period after cancellation

3.3 Upgrades and Downgrades

• You can upgrade to a higher-tier subscription at any time
• Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated credit for remaining time
• Downgrades take effect after the current subscription period ends

3.4 Lifetime Purchase

• Lifetime purchase is a one-time payment
• Valid permanently after purchase, no renewal required
• No refunds (unless eligible under Apple's refund policy)

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 App Copyright

The intellectual property rights of the App and all its content (including but not limited to software, interface design, icons, text) belong to the developer.

4.2 User Content

You retain full ownership of video content you create or process. We do not claim any rights to your content.

5. Disclaimer

5.2 Data Loss

We recommend backing up important videos before using the App. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from use of the App.

5.3 Hardware Compatibility

While we strive to ensure the App is compatible with various devices, we do not guarantee the App will work properly on all devices.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from use or inability to use the App
• Data loss or corruption
• Business interruption
• Loss of profits

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. For significant changes, we will notify you within the App. Continued use of the App indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.

8. Termination

8.1 User Termination

You may terminate these Terms at any time by stopping use of the App and deleting it.

8.2 Developer Termination

If you violate these Terms, we reserve the right to terminate your access to the App.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through friendly negotiation.

11. Additional Terms Required by Apple

As an iOS app, the following terms supplement this agreement:

• Acknowledgement: This agreement is between you and the Developer, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
• Maintenance and Support: The Developer is responsible for providing maintenance and support services. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance and support services.
• Warranty: In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever.
• Product Claims: The Developer, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App.
• Intellectual Property Rights: In the event of any third party claim that the App infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, the Developer will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.
• Legal Compliance: You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Third Party Beneficiary: Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third party beneficiaries of this agreement. Upon your acceptance of this agreement, Apple will have the right to enforce this agreement against you as a third party beneficiary thereof.
