App 无法识别我的 U 盘？

请确保使用的是 MFi 认证的转接器。建议使用 Apple 官方的 Lightning to USB 3 转接器或 USB-C to USB 转接器。部分第三方转接器可能存在兼容性问题。

为什么看不到 B 柱摄像头的视频？

B 柱摄像头视频仅在搭载 AI4（HW4）硬件的特斯拉车型上可用。老款车型（HW3 及更早）只有 4 个摄像头。

为什么没有 SEI 数据（速度、GPS 等）？

SEI 遥测数据需要车机软件版本 2025.44.25 或更高。请检查您的车机是否已更新到该版本。

导出的视频保存在哪里？

导出的视频会保存到您的"照片"应用中。首次导出时需要授予相册访问权限。

如何恢复购买？

在 App 内进入"设置" → "订阅管理" → "恢复购买"。确保使用的是购买时的 Apple ID。

如何取消订阅？

打开 iPhone "设置" → 点击您的 Apple ID → "订阅" → 找到 TCam → "取消订阅"。

App doesn't recognize my USB drive?

Make sure you're using an MFi-certified adapter. We recommend Apple's official Lightning to USB 3 Camera Adapter or USB-C to USB Adapter. Some third-party adapters may have compatibility issues.

Why can't I see B-pillar camera videos?

B-pillar camera videos are only available on Tesla vehicles with AI4 (HW4) hardware. Older vehicles (HW3 and earlier) only have 4 cameras.

Why is there no SEI data (speed, GPS, etc.)?

SEI telemetry data requires vehicle software version 2025.44.25 or later. Please check if your vehicle has been updated to this version.

Where are exported videos saved?

Exported videos are saved to your Photos app. You'll need to grant photo library access when exporting for the first time.

How do I restore my purchase?

In the app, go to Settings → Subscription → Restore Purchases. Make sure you're using the same Apple ID used for the purchase.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open iPhone Settings → Tap your Apple ID → Subscriptions → Find TCam → Cancel Subscription.
